Frequently Asked Questions
Art Prints
What kind of paper are your prints made on?
All prints are produced on museum-quality archival fine art paper designed to capture the rich color, texture, and detail of the original painting. The paper is acid-free and made to resist fading for generations when displayed under normal conditions.
Are these limited edition prints?
Yes, all prints are limited edition and only three of each are availabe.
Will my print look exactly like the original painting?
Every effort is made to reproduce the original artwork as accurately as possible. Because each monitor displays color differently, slight variations between your screen and the printed artwork are normal.
How do I choose the right size?
Each print is offered in carefully selected sizes that preserve the artwork's original proportions.
For most collections, you'll find a range of options—from smaller statement pieces to oversized focal artwork. Product pages include exact dimensions to help you choose the best fit for your space.
If you're unsure, we recommend taping the dimensions on your wall before ordering to visualize the finished size.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes vary by artwork. Each product page lists the sizes offered for that specific piece.
Framing
Do you offer framing?
Select sizes are available professionally framed and arrive ready to hang. If you would like to work together on getting a custom frame for a print, please email hello@arch-ann.com.
Frames are chosen to complement the artwork while maintaining a timeless, gallery-quality appearance.
Are framed prints ready to hang?
Yes. Framed prints arrive with hanging hardware already installed so they're ready to display right out of the box.
Can I purchase the print without a frame?
Absolutely. Every print is available unframed if you'd prefer to use your own custom framing.
Best way to frame art prints?
Large prints 30x40 and above look best with a custom frame. Your local Hobby Lobby offers 50% off custom frames along with matte and frame options to fit your space. Smaller print sizes are easier to find frames sold in store. If you need help with framing options and sizing, email hello@arch-ann.com.
Color & Appearance
Will the colors match what I see on my computer or phone?
We professionally color-calibrate every print, but screens display color differently depending on brightness and device settings. Minor variations are expected and are not considered defects.
Do the prints have texture like the original painting?
Fine art prints faithfully reproduce the artwork's color and detail, but they do not replicate the physical texture or brushstrokes of the original painting.

Care
How should I care for my print?
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight and away from excessive humidity.
If framed with acrylic glazing, clean only with a soft microfiber cloth and an acrylic-safe cleaner.
Should I frame my print?
We recommend framing your artwork to provide long-term protection and the best presentation.
Originals vs. Prints
What's the difference between an original and a print?
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works created by hand.
Fine art prints are professionally reproduced from the original painting using archival materials, making the artwork accessible in multiple sizes while preserving exceptional color and detail.
