    This is a comprehensive styling service that takes your home from concept to completion. We manage the creative direction, sourcing, and installation to deliver a polished, cohesive result that feels curated and intentional.

    Includes:

    • On-site design walkthroughs (1–2 visits)

    • 3D renderings

    • Shopping assistance

    • Weekly check-ins with client + contractor

    • Final styling plan

    Best for home renovation or multi-room updates where other trades are involved.

  • Available for all packages:

    • In-person shopping/Sourcing assistance (thrift, retail, or furniture flips)

    • Procurement management (ordering, fullfillment and management of sourcing items)

  • Design fees cover creative direction, sourcing recommendations, mockups, styling/install and any add-ons.

    After our initial consult I will outline both the total design cost as well as sourcing/selection budget projections so you can understand your overall total cost.

    Time & money is saved in the long run from effective selections, wholesale pricing for sourcing, avoiding costly mistakes, ect.

  • Yes. Many projects begin by refining what’s already there—editing layouts, updating finishes, and layering in art and texture to elevate the space without a full overhaul. Budgets are discussed upfront to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Pricing varies by scope and square footage, but typical starting points are:

    • Concepting: starting at $3–$5 per square foot or $500 per room

    • Selections: starting at $8–$12 per square foot or $1,200 per room

    • Comprehensive Design: typically 20–30% of the renovation budget (or $30–$55 per square foot for kitchens)

    Final pricing is confirmed after the initial consult. Most of the design cost is recouped in time and cost-savings with vendors or poorly made design decisions that would have to be fixed later.

  • Yes. One of the biggest perks of working with a designer is that we have access to exclusive discounts and pricing.

  • For all residential services, a deposit is due to book your service. With full amount due before final deliverables/project end date. Depending on timeline, project amount is split between 2 or 3 payments.

  • If you already have a preferred vendor for your space, we can absolutely work with them. If not, we can recommend great vendors.

  • Yes! I always prefer to add custom pieces that are particular and sentimental to you. We will always discuss this as an option in relevance to total project cost.
